The methodology used as the basis for our program is two-fold. The first consists of training session inputs and the second is the actual classroom teaching experience.

Training Session Inputs

Those inputs taught within the TEFL training sessions are designed to provide clear and easily understandable presentations of all the practical and applicable teaching skills necessary to successfully plan, teach and then assess the outcome of a lesson combined with the knowledge required to form the basis for those lessons. trainer Training

Teaching Knowledge

The knowledge portion of the TEFL360 training program provides all of our trainees with the fundamentals of language awareness necessary to confidently teach on the topic of English language grammar and phonology as well as an exploration of the most relevant EFL/ESL language teaching and learner theory available. We understand the challenge and trepidation many trainees have about this portion of their training. Classroom Teaching Experience

The TEFL360 classroom teaching experience builds upon the skills and preparation portion of our teacher training program by including 8 separate 1 hour teaching practices within actual classrooms, in local schools, throughout Chiang Mai. This portion of the TEFL360 teacher training is highly interactive and equally as exciting. It is during these classroom teaching practices that you will experience firsthand the challenges and rewards of learning by doing.
